For groups of 10 or more enrolling for stand-alone or 2 or more enrolling if written with another BEST Life plan. Flexible coverage options for members in $10,000 increments up to five times their annual earnings to a maximum of $500,000. AD&D option includes seat belt and air bag benefits. This plan also includes optional supplemental/voluntary life and increased coverage options for employee and dependents. Guarantee issue amounts are based on total group volume. 2-year rate guarantee and discounts available for preferred industries.
