Preventive Services for
Non-Grandfathered Health Plans

kidThe Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“PPACA”) requires Non-Grandfathered Health Plans to cover preventive services based on what the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force rated as an A or B preventive service. This list of services is subject to change as notified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The following preventive services are covered on your BEST Life Non-Grandfathered Health Plan at 100% for both in- or out-of-network. To be covered at 100%, these services cannot be combined with a sickness visit. Your doctor will recommend preventive services based on your individual needs.
