Members can
- Download enrollment and claim forms
- Locate a provider or network in their area
- Email Customer Service or Claims
- Verify eligibility or order ID cards through Gateway
To access Gateway, you will need your Customer Number, Social Security Number and a password. If you do not know your Customer Number and a password, just give our Customer Service Department a call and they will assist you.
